CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER/PROJECT ENGINEER –
We have an immediate opening for an associate civil design engineer or project engineer. The successful candidate must have 4 or more years experience in design of transportation and/or utility infrastructure for municipal capital and development services projects.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
Extensive experience performing engineering studies and analysis, infrastructure design, installation, and cost estimating.
Knowledge of project constructability and skills to anticipate problems in implementation of design.
Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills to work as a member of a design team.
Ability to gain the confidence, trust and support of a diverse group of people in order to reach established goals.
Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments with minimal direction.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, scheduling, project management, and document management database programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project) in a Windows environment.
